Sold!

Yup....  Finally Sold!  Just the other day I was thinking to myself, "If the house doesn't sell, maybe I'm not meant to move?"  Guess What?  I am meant to MOVE...  Very exciting I have to say.  We have had the house up for sale for 6 weeks I believe by owner, not much advertising at all, showed it to a handful of people.  But as soon as we put it on the MLS, after only being on there for 9 days.  We get 2 offers!!!  Imagine that.  Just a little advice,  If you want to sell your house quick, either get a realtor or put it on the MLS yourself.  That's what we did, its a flat fee service to do this.  Terrific advice I got from a client of mine about a month ago.  It was all perfect timing. I am able to still work until I have to move and I don't have to move twice!!! It feels very cool to have someone love my home the way I do, they loved everything I had done to the house inside, from my painted walls, to the venetian plaster kitchen and everything on the outside we did....  Looks like painting the exterior and fixing our front yard landscape was a good idea.  Even though I'm excited to end this chapter by selling the house, I am a little sad to let it go, I put my whole heart into this home. But like I always say, everything happens for a reason.  Best thing of all is that I actually stayed in the same place for almost 4 years, Wow! Now that's a record...  Ha Ha Ha
